listening to the little audio about overwhelmed is perfect...I like your voice-vI find a lot of meditation voices can be too sugary and I don't like that so that's perfect. And it was great cause it's short and doable and even though it's short. I still got cut off at the end of it because my kids found me and though I missed the last few seconds of it, I still handled the meltdown that I faced immediately from a small spicy girl about not getting more TV. I handled it calmly so I would say that it works and it certainly helped me in that moment!

So great! The short meditations fit into nap time. I found when I was done listening, I was able to listen to my body and actually slow down and do some stretches. I feel like it helped me get a little more present and decide what I needed to prioritize next in my day, for sure helpful with mental load
